I had an amazing experience at Pollo Tropical! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The service was top-notch, thanks to Elio, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The restaurant was spotless, and the atmosphere was great with fantastic music playing in the background. Definitely one of the best Pollo Tropical locations I’ve been to! Highly recommend!

This was my first time trying this place since I just moved to the area. I will have to say walking in right away I was disappointed. Definitely not a Tropical vibe or flow in any sense. No style or decorations and it felt very cold and cafeteria like. I ordered the Avacado Tropichop, rice bowl with crispy chicken. The chicken was cooked perfectly and had great flavor the rice was overcooked and mushy, the beans lacked flavor. Also the avocado did not tatse fresh, wheter it is prepacked or sat out. The lime sauce on top was fantastic. Service was fantastic they were super friendly and I let them know it was my first time and they told me about the menu. Awesome staff. The bowl was a miss for me though. I might try it again and get something else because the chicken was that good.

Place was clean food was hot and fresh, the lady taking the order was great she was very helpful and hardworking, the time we spent inside eating she maintained the dinning area clean and was vigilant in guest coming in, the manager was visible and helping as well very impressed with this location kudos for such an efficient service

I stopped by last night from South Carolina during my family vacation, unsure of what to eat for seasonal food. I must say that the manager was very nice and attentive to the night crew, who were all on point. We ordered a half chicken with white rice, black beans, and a roll for only $12++. I was very impressed with the price, quality, and quantity all in one. Please consider opening a location in Lexington, South Carolina! We need this

We went here late at night after visiting Universal Studios all day. We ordered one of the chicken bowls and a side of plantains. The drive-through attendant was very friendly and courteous. The bowl included beans, rice, and chicken. Everything was well seasoned and neatly organized in the bowl, despite it being a drive-through order. We enjoyed our meal and would definitely return. I recommend this location for anyone visiting the area.

Everything was perfect — the restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the food was fresh and absolutely delicious. You can truly see the effort and dedication the entire staff puts into creating a great experience for their guests. However, what made our visit truly exceptional was the service we received from JORGE REYES. What an incredible person and professional! From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to take care of us, attending to every detail with kindness, respect, and genuine care. Jorge not only did his job , he exceeded every expectation. He made sure we had everything we needed, patiently explained the menu options, and made us feel completely welcome. His warmth and positive energy made all the difference. It’s rare to find someone who works with such heart, and Jorge absolutely does. Thanks to him and the whole team for making our time there so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back soon and will gladly recommend this place to friends and family!

I love this place so much. Fast, fresh, cheap. What more could you want? Portions could be a tad larger but you get what you pay for and the food is cheap here! The plantains are amazing and so is the quatro leches cake. Chicken breasts are small so prepare yourself. These are not the same chicken breasts you are buying at the Walmart/costco- they're like half the size of that. All in all, big fan!

I am not sure why this restaurant is rated so low. The food was excellent. I ordered the churrasco steak with chimichurri on top. It sat on a fresh lettuce with a side of diced tomatoes and sliced avocados. The steak was juicy and full of flavor. I loved the contrast of the warm steak and cold sides...it was delicious. I also ordered a side of plantains because their plantains are always amazing. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean.
